Welcome to The Saints Buwasters!

Meet The Saints Buwasters:
Our governor is (name), and our vice-governor is (name). They are responsible for leading our colony and making final decisions. Our banker, who is in charge of all of our money is (name). Another important job is our recorder, (name). This person must keep track of everything we do! Our trader, (name), has good negotiating skills to deal with the natives and other colonies. Lastly, our mapper is the one who keeps track of our land (how much it is worth, who is in the area). This is (name). Together, we are (group name)!
Why Did We Colonize:
Our group decided to go to the New World in order to colonize this new area and gain wealth and power. We have been sponsored by a private company which has given us initial supplies and will send us a shipment mid-way through our adventure. At the conclusion, we must pay the company one quarter of our wealth.
What We Stand For:
We picked the Saints’ emblem because we are the Saint Buwasters. Our name, the Saint Buwasters, was picked because we had a cool
idea that we could add all the animals into one name. We put the hamster, jaguar, and a dog. The animals are our favorite animals. We put the dog because it represents the beagle and chihuahua in our name. The hamster is also in our name. Finally, the jaguar represents the Saint Bernard.
The color yellow represents the sun and wealth. Blue represents peace. We picked the background because it symbolizes our personalities.
Our star is there because we are all stars in our own way. Anshika is a star because she is good at drawing and is smart. Sam is a star because he’s athletic. Julian’s a star because he’s humorous. Grant is a star because he has a curious imagination. Shree is a star because has a special singing talent. We all stand for one of the five points of the star. Julian is the top cause he is the top prize like Zeus the all-powerful strong. Shree decided to pick top right prize. Sam is the top left prize. Anshika is the bottom right prize. Grant is the bottom left prize because the bottom left is Godly like. That’s the background information of why we had these designs on our flag.
Our Ships' Names and Cargo:
Our first ship is named the chimichonga and carries 15 men, 15 women, and five children. We have four horses and ten farm animals on this ship. It also has ten guns for hunting and 300 units of food. Our second ship is called the Salt Flower and has ten men, ten women, and ten children. The other items are the same. Our third ship is the Moldy cheese. It has all the same things as the other ships.
Our Colonization Journal
01/23/08 - When we took off we traveled 700 miles, thanks to the fair weather and light winds! After a while we noticed erratic winds and giant chunks of ice, which made us go 250 miles. Again, fair winds and good weather has allowed us to go another 700 miles twice. Our luck has increased, and we traveled an amazing 1,000 miles because of the strong winds and favorable ocean currents! Everybody is pretty good in the ship and a little bit worried at the same time. We're a bit worried because we came pretty close to sinking.
We don't want to die, and we also have some unhappy neighbors, the Seques Indians. They're not very nice. In fact we have set 15 men to attack, and 15 men to guard our land. We are very scared that the Seques Indians will attack us. Hopefully we will try to become friends, but for now we will have to be on our guard for awhile.
We've had some nice sunny weather, and things are the same as usual. People seem to be enjoying themselves because of the favorable weather. At the moment, we have had some good luck and some fair. Our fair luck was that we collected a small amount of food by fishing and farming, but we had a lot of food collected by hunting, especially since we had help from the Seques, which was unexpected.
